UU Book Fair Author Application 2026

By filling out this form, you are applying for a table at MVUUF's Unitarian Universalist Book Fair on Saturday November 14th from 1:00-5:00pm.

You may arrive for set-up beginning at 11:00am.

All tables are 8 foot banquet style tables. Table coverings are the responsibility of the renter. Folding chairs are also provided.

Cost for one table is $35, or 15% of sales, whichever you choose on this form. Payment will be collected the day of the event for table rental. We accept cash or electronic payments.

Authors are responsible for collecting their own payments for their products and are responsible for bringing their own cash boxes and change. We highly encourage the ability to accept electronic payments. Authors are responsible for collecting tax, as applicable, on their items.

If you want to share your table with another author, please indicate so in the description area of the form and have the other author also complete an application.

We welcome books of any genre written or edited by Unitarian Universalists (including members, staff, and friends). Books for all ages are welcome!

Items that will not be accepted include anything promoting or criticizing political candidates or political parties or anything that is not in line with our values that may be deemed offensive. MVUUF reserves the right to approve or deny any application.
